Teresa Rugby 7, the time came for three members of Alcatraz Rugby Club travel to Spain, an opportunity
to be brave, Sacar el Pecho and train with one of the oldest clubs in that country, Complutense Cisneros
Rugby Club.
“It fills us with great emotion that after the visit of the Cisneros Rugby Club, in which the Spanish team
was able to get to know Proyecto Alcatraz® and Alcatraz Rugby Club up close, the invitation arose for
three of our players to visit them in Spain and thus bring new strategies for more than 2,000 children
and young people who practice rugby at Hacienda Santa Teresa” said Andrés Chumaceiro, director of
the Santa Teresa Foundation, referring to this alliance with the Cisneros Rugby Foundation.

sports practices with the youth, the women's rugby under 23 and women’s categories of the Spanish
team; with this experience they will be able to acquire new game strategies and bring them to Alcatraz
Rugby Club .
“This exchange is part of the rugby philosophy and will allow us to spread rugby; this sport has helped us
transform thousands of lives through values. We came to learn organization, planning and physical
preparation to improve our skills and any other team on the pitch," said José Arrieta, founder of
Proyecto Alcatraz® and rugby developer for the Santa Teresa Foundation.
Luis Daniel López is coach of the youth category of Alcatraz; he participates in the violence and crime
